Trivia Questions

As usual Abhinav asked few trivia questions which i was not able to answer rightly.

Questions:

• Who born first in the world? How many person born along with them? did they born few peoples per country or continent?

• Since Fish and snakes are / can be in water, why they did not get cold? who gave them power?

ஆத்திசூடி

I started teaching "ஆத்திசூடி" to Abhinav once again. Last year i failed.  Infact, now i took printout and pasted on wall to remind myself. It is really one of the god's gift for children. If anybody intrested, Kindly read it here.

First 13 pasted here for your quick reference. I highlighted two lines and meaning also mentioned. Highlighted points are conflicting each other and Abhinav is very quick to ask me the conflict. Though on exact meaning has conflict, but there are always giver and taker in the world. It has to be balanced.  We need to consider that taker tried all option before accepting help. But it is difficult to teach kid certain high level living stuff, it is too early.

Thirukural

After Abhinav got International rank and Gold Medal in IMO, Priya's Father expressed his happiness via Thirukural. It really made her happy. I want to share it to all.

My Father in Law gifted Thirukural book to Abhinav last year. He started with few kural then i could not spend time with Abhinav to teach. I will start this year again for aathichoodi and Thirukural (50).

ஈன்ற  பொழுதின்  பெரிதுவக்கும்  தன்மகனைச் 

சான்றோன்  எனக்கேட்ட  தாய்.

விளக்கம்: தன் மகனைப்பிறர் 'அறிவொழுக்கங்களில்  சிறந்தவன்'  என்று  சொல்லக்கேட்ட  தாய்,  அவனைப்  பெற்றபொழுது  அடைந்த  மகிழ்ச்சியை  விட  மிக்க  மகிழ்ச்சி  அடைவாள்.

When I heard that conversation, I thought another Golden kural from Deivapulavar.

மகன்தந்தைக்கு   ஆற்றும்   உதவி   இவன்தந்தை 

என்நோற்றான்  கொல்எனும்   சொல்.

விளக்கம்: தன்னைக்  கல்வியுடையவனாகிய  தந்தைக்கு  மகன்  செய்யும்  பதில்  உதவி  என்னவென்றால், 'இவனுடைய  தந்தை  இவனைப்  பெறுவதற்கு  என்ன  தவம்  செய்தானோ' என்று சொல்லும்படி நடத்தலாகும்.
